At BY JOHNNY, we offer a flexible return policy allowing you to return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
